Sec. 58.176. ELECTION TO APPROVE REVENUE FOR PAYMENT OF MORTGAGE. (a) If tax and bond revenue is pledged to pay amount due under the encumbrance, the district must hold an election and receive the approval of the electors. (b) An election to approve the use of tax and bond revenue shall be held in the same manner and with the same voters' qualifications as provided for elections on the issuance of the bonds of the district.
