Sec. 576.022. ADEQUACY OF TREATMENT. (a) The facility administrator of an inpatient mental health facility shall provide adequate medical and psychiatric care and treatment to every patient in accordance with the highest standards accepted in medical practice. (b) The facility administrator of an inpatient mental health facility may give the patient accepted psychiatric treatment and therapy.
