Sec. 571.141. AVAILABILITY OF COMMISSION ORDERS ON INTERNET. (a) As soon as practicable following a preliminary review, preliminary review hearing, or formal hearing at which the commission determines that a person has committed a violation within the commission's jurisdiction, the commission shall make available on the Internet: (1) a copy of the commission's order stating the determination; or (2) a summary of the commission's order. (b) This section does not apply to a determination of a violation that is technical or de minimis.
