Sec. 57.108. CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. (a) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 248, Sec. 57. (b) Contracts may be awarded or entered in sections for the purpose of the purchase, acquisition, construction, and improvement of pumping equipment, reservoirs, culverts, bridges, and drainage improvements as these may become necessary.
