Sec. 57.093. ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS. A district may adopt and enforce reasonable rules and regulations to: (1) preserve the sanitary condition of all water controlled by the district; (2) prevent waste or the unauthorized use of water controlled by the district; (3) regulate privileges on any land or any easement owned or controlled by the district; (4) regulate the design and construction of improvements and facilities that outfall, connect, or tie into district improvements and facilities; or (5) require the district's review and approval of drainage plans for property within the district.
