Sec. 565.058. SUBPOENA AUTHORITY. (a) The board or an officer of the board may: (1) issue subpoenas ad testificandum or subpoenas duces tecum to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of items, including books, records, or documents; (2) administer oaths; and (3) take testimony concerning matters in the board's or officer's jurisdiction. (b) A person designated in the subpoena may serve the subpoena.
