Sec. 56.752. HEARING ON DETERMINATION OF PETITION. (a) The board shall hear the petition to determine if the petition meets the requirements of Section 56.751 . (b) The board by order shall set the time and place of the hearing on the petition. The hearing shall be held not less than 30 days after the date of the order.
