Sec. 56.252. TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITIES ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE FUNDING UNDER THIS SUBCHAPTER. A telecommunications utility may receive funding under this subchapter only if: (1) the telecommunications utility is eligible to receive universal service funding under Section 56.023 (b); and (2) the telecommunications utility is designated as a successor utility under Section 54.303 .
