Sec. 56.221. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. (2) "Eligible institution" means an institution of higher education, as that term is defined by Section 61.003 . (3) "Program" means the Texas First Scholarship Program.
