Sec. 56.107. UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND SURCHARGE. (a) A telecommunications utility may recover the utility's universal service fund assessment for the telecommunications relay access service through a surcharge added to the utility customers' bills. (b) The commission shall specify how each telecommunications utility is to determine the amount of the surcharge. (c) If a telecommunications utility imposes the surcharge, the bill shall list the surcharge as the "universal service fund surcharge."
