Sec. 554.101. ISSUANCE OF REPORTS. (a) The council may issue reports to the legislature regarding the use of artificial intelligence systems in this state. (b) The council may issue reports on: (1) the compliance of artificial intelligence systems in this state with the laws of this state; (2) the ethical implications of deploying artificial intelligence systems in this state; (3) data privacy and security concerns related to artificial intelligence systems in this state; or (4) potential liability or legal risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence systems in this state.
