Sec. 551.026. PERSON PERFORMING BUSINESS MANAGER FUNCTION. (a) The person performing the function of business manager of a department facility is the chief disbursing officer of the department facility. (b) The person performing the function of business manager of a department facility is directly responsible to the superintendent or director.
