Sec. 550.0152. RULES. The executive commissioner shall adopt rules to implement the program, including rules that: (1) describe: (A) the types of faith- and community-based organizations that may apply to participate in the program; and (B) the qualifications and standards of service required of a participating organization; (2) facilitate contact between an individual who enrolls in the program and a participating organization that provides supplemental services that may assist the individual; (3) establish: (A) processes for suspending, revoking, and periodically renewing an organization's participation in the program, as appropriate; and (B) methods to ensure the confidentiality and appropriate use of applicant information shared with a participating organization; and (4) permit an individual to terminate the individual's enrollment in the program.
