Sec. 55.513. COUNTY CLERK'S FEES. The county clerk is entitled to receive: (1) for registering the bonds, 10 cents for each bond which is registered; (2) for entering the payment of a bond, 10 cents; and (3) for recording district instruments required to be recorded and for which no fee is provided, the same fees provided by law for recording deeds.
