Sec. 55.089. COMMISSION MAY INVESTIGATE AND ACT ON VIOLATION. (a) If the commission determines that an operator service provider has violated or is about to violate this subchapter, the commission, after notice and evidentiary hearing, may take action to stop, correct, or prevent the violation. (b) The commission may investigate a complaint that it receives concerning an operator service.
