Sec. 549.0208. EXPEDITED REVIEW PROCESS FOR CERTAIN REQUESTS TO INCLUDE DRUG ON PREFERRED DRUG LIST. The commission shall develop an expedited review process to consider requests from managed care organizations and providers to add drugs to the preferred drug list.
