Sec. 549.0206. SUBMISSION OF EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT INCLUDING DRUG ON PREFERRED DRUG LISTS. (a) In this section, "labeler" and "manufacturer" have the meanings assigned by Section 549.0101 . (b) The commission shall ensure that a manufacturer or labeler may submit written evidence that supports including a drug on the preferred drug lists before a supplemental rebate agreement is reached with the commission.
