Sec. 548.258. USE OF STATE ELECTRONIC INTERNET PORTAL. (a) In this section, "state electronic Internet portal" has the meaning assigned by Section 2054.003 , Government Code. (b) The department may adopt rules to require an inspection station to use the state electronic Internet portal to send to the department a record, report, or other information required by the department.
