Sec. 548.0057. RULES. Subject to Sections 111.004 and 153.004 , Occupations Code, the executive commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this subchapter. In the rules adopted under this subchapter, the executive commissioner shall refer to: (1) the site where the patient is physically located as the patient site; and (2) the site where the physician, dentist, or health professional providing the telemedicine medical service, teledentistry dental service, or telehealth service is physically located as the distant site.
