Sec. 547.0501. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Inpatient mental health facility" has the meaning assigned by Section 571.003 , Health and Safety Code. (2) "Matching grant program" means the matching grant program established under this subchapter. (3) "State hospital" has the meaning assigned by Section 552.0011 , Health and Safety Code.
