Sec. 547.0404. COMMUNITY COLLABORATIVE ELIGIBILITY. (a) A community collaborative may receive a grant under the matching grant program only if the collaborative includes: (1) the county; (2) a local mental health authority operating in the county; and (3) each hospital district located in the county. (b) A collaborative may include other local entities designated by the collaborative's members.
