Sec. 546.0302. ISSUANCE OF MATERIALS TO CERTAIN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES. The executive commissioner shall: (1) review the commission's methods for issuing informational letters, policy updates, policy clarifications, and other related materials to an entity licensed under Chapter 103 , Human Resources Code, or Chapter 242 , 247 , 248A , or 252 , Health and Safety Code; and (2) develop and implement more efficient methods to issue those materials, as appropriate.
