Sec. 545.0201. COMPLIANCE WITH SOLICITATION PROHIBITIONS. (a) In this section, "furnish" and "provider" have the meanings assigned by Section 544.0001 . (b) A provider who furnishes Medicaid or child health plan program services is subject to Chapter 102 , Occupations Code. The provider's compliance with that chapter is a condition of the provider's eligibility to participate as a provider under those programs.
