Sec. 543.116. DELIVERY OF UNIFORM CERTIFICATE OF COURSE COMPLETION. (a) A driving safety course provider shall mail an issued uniform certificate of course completion to a person who successfully completes the course. (b) The certificate must be mailed not later than the 15th working day after the date a person successfully completes the course.
