Sec. 542.103. DEADLINE FOR PROVIDING REQUESTED INFORMATION. (a) An insurer shall provide the information requested under this subchapter in writing not later than the 30th day after the date the insurer receives the request for the information. (b) For purposes of this section, information is considered to be provided on the date the information is deposited with the United States Postal Service or is personally delivered.
