Sec. 54.1502. JURISDICTION. A magistrate has concurrent criminal jurisdiction with: (1) the judges of the justice of the peace courts of Burnet County; and (2) a municipal court in Burnet County, if approved by a memorandum of understanding between the municipality and Burnet County.
