Sec. 534.101. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of aging and disability services. (2) "Department" means the Department of Aging and Disability Services. (3) "Department facility" means a state supported living center, including the ICF-IID component of the Rio Grande State Center.
