Sec. 533.0844. MENTAL HEALTH COMMUNITY SERVICES ACCOUNT. (a) The mental health community services account is an account in the general revenue fund that may be appropriated only for the provision of mental health services by or under contract with the department. (b) The department shall deposit to the credit of the mental health community services account any money donated to the state for inclusion in the account, including life insurance proceeds designated for deposit to the account.
