Sec. 531.0021. REFERENCE TO STATE SCHOOL OR SUPERINTENDENT. (a) A reference in law to a "state school" means a state supported living center. (b) A reference in law to a "superintendent," to the extent the term is intended to refer to the person in charge of a state supported living center, means the director of a state supported living center. (c) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 30 (H.B. 446 ), Sec. 14.01(1), eff. September 1, 2023.
