Sec. 53.109. TEMPORARY RATES. (a) The commission may establish temporary rates to be in effect during the suspension period under Section 53.108 . (b) If the commission does not establish temporary rates, the rates in effect when the suspended tariff was filed continue in effect during the suspension period.
