Sec. 526.0651. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Guardian" has the meaning assigned by Section 1002.012 , Estates Code. (2) "Guardianship program" has the meaning assigned by Section 155.001 . (3) "Incapacitated individual" means an incapacitated person as defined by Section 1002.017 , Estates Code.
