Sec. 523.0204. PUBLIC ACCESS TO ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETINGS. (a) This section applies to an advisory committee established under this subchapter. (b) The commission shall create a master calendar that includes all advisory committee meetings across the health and human services system. (c) The commission shall make available on the commission's Internet website: (1) the master calendar; (2) all meeting materials for an advisory committee meeting; and (3) streaming live video and audio of each advisory committee meeting. (d) The commission shall provide Internet access in each room used for a meeting that appears on the master calendar. (e) The commission shall ensure that, to the same extent and in the same manner as the broadcast, archiving, and notice of agency meetings are required under Subchapter E , Chapter 522 , advisory committee meetings are: (1) broadcast; (2) archived on the Internet website of the agency to which the advisory committee provides advice; and (3) subject to public notice requirements.
