Sec. 523.0152. DIVISION DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS. (a) The executive commissioner shall appoint a director for each division established within the commission under Section 523.0151 , except that the director of the office of inspector general is appointed in accordance with Section 544.0101 . (b) The executive commissioner shall: (1) develop clear qualifications for each director appointed under this section to ensure the director has: (A) demonstrated experience in fields relevant to the director position; and (B) executive-level administrative and leadership experience; and (2) ensure the qualifications developed under Subdivision (1) are publicly available.
