Sec. 523.0104. ELIGIBILITY TO SERVE ON EXECUTIVE COUNCIL. (a) In this section, "Texas trade association" has the meaning assigned by Section 523.0052 . (b) An individual may not serve on the executive council if: (1) the individual is an officer, employee, or paid consultant of a Texas trade association in the field of health and human services; or (2) the individual's spouse is an officer, manager, or paid consultant of a Texas trade association in the field of health and human services.
