Sec. 523.0054. MEDICAL DIRECTOR; OTHER PERSONNEL. The executive commissioner: (1) shall employ a medical director to provide medical expertise to the executive commissioner and the commission; and (2) may employ other personnel necessary to administer the commission's duties.
