Sec. 523.0051. EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER. (a) The commission is governed by an executive commissioner. (b) The governor appoints the executive commissioner with the advice and consent of the senate, and shall make the appointment without regard to race, color, disability, sex, religion, age, or national origin.
