Sec. 521.375. JOINT ADOPTION OF RULES. (a) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 627 (H.B. 4417 ), Sec. 3(2), eff. June 11, 2023. (a-1) The executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission and the department shall jointly adopt rules for the qualification and approval of equivalent education provided in a residential treatment facility described by Section 521.374 (a)(2). (b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 627 (H.B. 4417 ), Sec. 3(2), eff. June 11, 2023. (c) The Health and Human Services Commission shall publish the jointly adopted rules under Subsection (a-1). Reenacted and amended by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 543 (S.B. 181 ), Sec. 2.03, eff.
