Sec. 521.312. PERIOD OF SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION; REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE. (a) Revocation of a license is for an indefinite period. (b) Except as provided by Subsection (c) or Subchapter O, the department may not suspend a license for a period that exceeds one year. (c) The department may not reinstate a license revoked under Section 521.294 (5) until the court that filed the report for which the license was revoked files an additional report on final disposition of the case.
