Sec. 521.297. SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, OR DISQUALIFICATION EFFECTIVE DATE. (a) A license suspension under Section 521.292 or revocation under Section 521.294 takes effect on the 40th day after the date the person is considered to have received notice of the suspension or revocation under Section 521.295 (b). (b) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 466 (H.B. 4804 ), Sec. 4(1), eff. September 1, 2025.
