Sec. 52.156. RETAIL RATES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS. A telecommunications utility may not: (1) establish a retail rate, term, or condition that is anticompetitive or unreasonably preferential, prejudicial, or discriminatory; or (2) engage in predatory pricing or attempt to engage in predatory pricing.
