Sec. 52.036. EFFECT OF FILING ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION. When the articles of incorporation are filed with the secretary of state, all courts shall receive the articles or a certified copy of the articles as prima facie evidence of: (1) facts stated in the articles; and (2) compliance with requirements for incorporation under this chapter.
