Sec. 52.019. TIE BIDS. (a) If the highest bid for an area is made by more than one applicant, all applications shall be rejected and the board shall set a date for lease of the area that shall not be later than the 15th day of the following month. (b) The area will be subject to lease in the same manner as it was originally subject to lease. (c) No bids for a lease shall be considered if the price is less than the highest bid offered in the original application.
