Sec. 511.015. ANNUAL REPORTS. (a) Before February 1 of each year the commission shall submit to the governor and the presiding officer of each house of the legislature a report on its operations, its findings concerning county jails during the preceding year, and recommendations that it considers appropriate. (b) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1083, Sec. 25(50), eff. June 17, 2011.
