Sec. 511.0115. PUBLIC INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLIANCE STATUS OF JAILS. The commission shall provide information to the public concerning whether jails under the commission's jurisdiction are in compliance with state law and the rules, standards, and procedures of the commission: (1) on any publicly accessible Internet website maintained by the commission; and (2) through other formats, including newsletters or press releases, as determined by the commission.
