Sec. 51.521. PROCEDURE FOR ELECTION. (a) The election shall conform to the provisions of this code relating to an election to authorize the issuance of construction bonds. (b) The board shall submit the appropriate issues to the electors, and the issues may be submitted on the same ballot to be used in another election. (c) The notice of election shall define the area to be designated and the plan of taxation to be applied.
