Sec. 51.295. RULES. (a) The coordinating board shall adopt rules as necessary to implement and enforce this subchapter, including rules that: (1) define relevant terms; and (2) ensure implementation of this subchapter in a manner that complies with federal law regarding confidentiality of student educational information, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g). (b) In adopting rules under this section, the coordinating board shall consult with relevant stakeholders.
