Sec. 507.054. TERMS; VACANCY. (a) The member appointed by the governor serves a six-year term. The remaining members serve two-year terms with the terms of four of those members expiring February 1 of each year. (b) A member appointed to fill a vacancy holds office for the unexpired portion of the term.
