Sec. 506.251. LICENSE REQUIRED. (a) Except as provided by Subchapter B, a person may not engage in the practice of applied behavior analysis unless the person holds a license under this chapter. (b) A person may not use the title "licensed behavior analyst" or "licensed assistant behavior analyst," as appropriate, unless the person is licensed under this chapter. (c) Except as provided by Subchapter B, a person may not use the title "behavior analyst" unless the person is licensed under this chapter.
