Sec. 505.454. SANCTIONS FOR HOLDER OF EXPIRED LICENSE OR ORDER OF RECOGNITION OF SPECIALTY. (a) A person who holds an expired license or order of recognition of specialty under this chapter is subject to a sanction under this chapter if the executive council determines that the person violated this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter during the period in which the license or order was valid. (b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 768 (H.B. 1501 ), Sec. 2.113(107), eff. September 1, 2019.
