Sec. 504.507. FORESTRY VEHICLES. (a) The department shall issue specialty license plates for forestry vehicles. License plates issued under this section must include the words "Forestry Vehicle." (b) There is no fee for issuance of the license plates. The department shall: (1) collect any fee that a county imposes under this chapter for registration of a forestry vehicle; and (2) send the fee to the appropriate county for disposition. (c) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296, Sec. 247(18), eff. January 1, 2012.
